In this role, the successful Field Service Engineer will service, maintain, and repair diesel and electric material handling equipment, ATVs, and UTVs, providing excellent on-site support to customers while managing parts, safety, and vehicle standards.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on mechanical or engineering experience, a strong understanding of hydraulics and electrical systems, and a proactive attitude with a desire to learn and grow within a field-based role.
The Role:
- Servicing, fault-finding, and repairing material handling equipment, ATVs, and UTVs.
- Carrying out planned maintenance and pre-delivery inspections at customer sites.
- Managing parts ordering and maintaining a safe, well-stocked company van.
The Person:
- Mechanical or engineering experience.
- Good knowledge of hydraulics, mechanical systems, and electrical principles.
- Self-motivated, safety-conscious, and confident using digital systems.
