Are you a Graduate in Electrical Engineering or similar looking for a varied role offering a platform to kickstart your career working on technical National Grid projects essential for the ongoing supply of energy across the UK within a company moving from strength-to-strength who offer full training and ongoing progression to senior roles?
This growing company is a provider of front end engineering services for a varied client base working on National Grid projects. They have been undergoing an exciting period of expansion since their establishment in 2021, and due to this are looking to grow their friendly design team.
In this role you will receive full training and then be part of a team working on specialist protection & control projects. Your day-to-day work will primarily involve design work of schematics, cable blocks and diagrams in addition to preparing bills of materials and design intent documents. You will be part of a tight-knit team in addition to liaising closely with other departments and clients as you work primarily in office, with some client visitation and occasional WFH.
This varied role would suit an Electrical Graduate or similar looking to join a tight-knit team within a growing company who offer full training and support with qualifications.
The Role:- Be a part of a team carrying out end-to-end project work on P&C projects
- Schematic, cable block and diagram design
- Prepare bill of materials and design intent documents
- Full training provided
- Primarily office based with occasional client visitation and WFH
- Graduate in Electrical Engineering or similar
- Looking to work on National Grid projects
- Commutable to Newcastle
