Are you a Graduate Building Services Engineer looking to join a close-knit, family-feel company who are focused on developing their staff, offering continuous shadowing and external courses to boost your skill set? Are you looking to kickstart your design career in a varied, projects based role, with clear scope to progress through a forward-thinking business who will look after you?
In this hybrid role you will be delivering projects ranging from £5k to £3.5m in value, by working hands-on with design and overseeing budgets and timescales. This will involve designing HVAC, hot & cold water, plus fire & sprinkler systems for example. You will have plenty of freedom to work autonomously, with flexible working hours and hybrid working available once up to speed.
This steadily growing building services company were founded over 30 years ago and pride themselves on maintaining long-standing client relationships, whilst looking after their employees through recognition and being an employee owned trust. This role would suit a Graduate from a Building Services background looking for mechanical design role, for a company who will value and develop them for the long-term.
The Role:
- Working on mechanical designs, specifications, and attending site meetings
- Involved with HVAC, hot & cold water, plus fire & sprinkler systems
- 70% design work, whilst overseeing projects including budgets and timescales
- Full on-the-job training provided, along with external courses
- Hybrid working available, Monday to Friday 37.5 hours a week with flexible working

- Degree in Building Services
- Minimum 1 year work placement/experience
