Are you a Multiskilled Engineer or Technician looking to progress into a BMS Engineer position with brilliant training and progression opportunities and outstanding earning potential?

This role will see the successful candidate utilise their multiskilled background they have built from site based work to specialise in BMS systems. Starting on site, the right candidate, will perform planned and reactive maintenance to a range of equipment, as well as developing a specialised skillset through internal and external training, as well as on-site shadowing.
This company has been established for nearly 50 years and has built a strong reputation across Northern Ireland due to the high-quality service they provide. Their work mainly revolves around HVAC control systems across a variety of industries including Healthcare, Retail, Commercial and Industrial.
This role would suit a Maintenance Technician or similar with an Electrical background looking to progress into a BMS engineer role within a well-established company.
The Role:
- Support the installation of BMS equipment and wiring, configure controllers, upload programs and perform functional testing
- Diagnose and resolve faults, support hardware replacement and maintenance
- Liaise directly with clients and contractors to gather requirements and provide accurate updates
- Generate reports on system performance, alarms and incidents
- Travel to a variety of sites around Northern Ireland and occasionally lodge for no more than a week in the year
The Person:
- Full drivers licence
- Electrical experience
- Proven experience in a similar site-based engineering role
