Are you a Mechanical Quantity Surveyor looking to join one of the longest standing, most reputable building companies in Northern Ireland that have worked on prestigious projects from Belfast City Hall to the Opera House?

Do you want to join an industry leading company who specialise in Construction, Fit Out, and Asset Management who have received huge national recognition and multiple awards cementing themselves as a company many others look up to?

In this role you will be managing the Mechanical aspects of projects and ensure all commercial functions for the Division are completed to professional standards within agreed time and cost budgets. This role would suit someone with proven experience working on Mechanical Projects in a Quantity Surveying role that is looking to work on some of the biggest projects across Northern Ireland.

The Role
  • Manage the commercial and contractual aspects of mechanical works on projects.
  • Prepare, submit, and agree interim and final accounts.
  • Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and cost control procedures.
  • Administer subcontractor and supplier contracts specific to mechanical packages.
The Person
  • Proven experience working as a Quantity Surveyor in a mechanical/building services environment.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems in construction projects.
  • Ability to develop a strong client and supply chain relationship.
