In this role you will be managing the Mechanical aspects of projects and ensure all commercial functions for the Division are completed to professional standards within agreed time and cost budgets. This role would suit someone with proven experience working on Mechanical Projects in a Quantity Surveying role that is looking to work on some of the biggest projects across Northern Ireland.
The Role- Manage the commercial and contractual aspects of mechanical works on projects.
- Prepare, submit, and agree interim and final accounts.
- Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and cost control procedures.
- Administer subcontractor and supplier contracts specific to mechanical packages.
- Proven experience working as a Quantity Surveyor in a mechanical/building services environment.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems in construction projects.
- Ability to develop a strong client and supply chain relationship.
