- Providing frontline technical support for Moodle and Totara LMS platforms
- Responding to and resolving customer queries via support tickets, email, or phone
- Troubleshooting issues related to access, configuration, performance, and reporting
- Guiding customers on the best use of Moodle and Totara functionality
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting Moodle, Totara, or similar LMS platforms, along with strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
