On offer is the opportunity for a Business Development Manager or similar to join a rapidly growing company with ambitious plans to double headcount and turnover in the next few years, offering great career development opportunities such as progression and training alongside a substantial commission structure.
This role will consist of both business development and account management, reaching out to the commercial sector such as hotels to try to grow the company's market share in those areas. You will also be helping to train more junior sales executives and attending periodic sales meetings. Your role will require reaching out to new and old clients through in-person meetings.
