In this role, you'll be part of a skilled Building Services engineering team, maintaining and repairing office air conditioning systems, fans, and filters. You'll carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs, and fault diagnosis across a variety of HVAC equipment, working closely with the Contract Manager and Contract Support team to ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high technical standard.

The role comes with a company vehicle, enhanced annual leave, an enhanced pension scheme, private healthcare, a company credit card for expenses, and a generous bonus scheme. This role would suit an HVAC Engineer with a mechanical background and strong fault-finding skills who is looking for a full-time, stable position working on air conditioning and ventilation systems in commercial buildings.

The Role:

  • Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on office air conditioning systems, fans, and filters.
  • Diagnose faults, identify technical issues, and implement effective solutions.
  • Complete job reports, risk assessments, and ensure all works are carried out safely and compliantly.
  • Participate in the call-out rota (approx. 1 in 8), with overtime and call-out payments available. (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm)

The Person:

  • City & Guilds qualified in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.
  • Holds a valid DBS (CRB) or is willing to obtain one.
  • Commutable to Dartford.
