In this role, as an Electrical Installation Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and servicing of Fire and Security systems. Alongside, you will also be responsible for both client, customer and contractor liaison as well as other engineers/third parties when necessary to integrate fire and security systems into building designs. You will also be responsible for producing and preparing technical documentation when required, ensuring it is accurate and up to date.
The ideal Electrical Installation Engineer or similar will have a background within the Security Systems sector. In addition, you will also have previous experience in both Electrical and Mechanical Engineering. The ideal candidate would have strong communication and organisational skills to liaise with a variety of third parties. Finally, you will need a valid UK driver's license.
The Role:
- Install, maintain and service security systems
- Producing documentation for the systems installed (reports, manuals, compliance certificates etc)
- Providing technical support to customers
