£32,000 - £42,000 + Overtime OTE 60K + Funded Qualification + Company Benefits

Are you a Plant Engineer or similar looking to join an established, family-run company offering a progressive opportunity, where you can work your way up into supervisory roles, following ongoing training on bespoke plant, hydraulics, and courses such as your HGV license?

In this role, you will be overseeing the installation, maintenance and repairs of all the relevant plant equipment including telehandlers, chipper spreaders and road rollers. Alongside this, conducting inspections and collaborating with the production teams to provide the best service.

Founded over 70 years ago, this family run business specialise in road maintenance. They pride themselves on their excellent client and staff retention and have ambitions to double their headcount in the coming years.

This role would suit a Plant Engineer looking for the opportunity to progress into supervisory roles in the future, within an established family-run business.

The Role:
  • Maintaining, Installing and repairing plant equipment and machinery
  • Working with telehandlers, road rollers and chipper spreaders, with training given
  • Carrying out inspections and fault finding
  • Monday to Friday, 7am to 5pm
