In this role, the successful Building Regulations Principal Designer or similar will be responsible for:

- Reviewing designs for compliance, acting as a trusted advisor during the pre-construction and design processes
- Providing technical expertise and guidance on statutory regulations
The ideal candidate will have:
- A background within the Construction/Surveying/Architecture/Civil/Structural Engineering sector, or a related field
- A strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and the Building Safety Act
- A professional membership with a relevant body (RICS, CIAT, CABE etc)
- A full, valid UK driver's license as well as access to your own vehicle
