Are you a Graduate Mechanical Engineer looking to kickstart your career in a designâbased role, with full internal training on Building Services Engineering for a longâstanding, familyâfeel company?
In this officeâbased role you will be delivering projects ranging from 5k to 3.5m in value, by working handsâon with design and overseeing budgets and timescales. This will involve designing HVAC, hot & cold water, plus fire & sprinkler systems for example. You will be given internal coaching through shadowing experienced Engineers in the business.
This steadily growing building services company were founded over 30 years ago and pride themselves on maintaining longâstanding client relationships, whilst looking after their employees through recognition and being an employeeâowned trust.
The Role:
- Working on mechanical designs, specifications, and attending site meetings
- Involved with HVAC, hot & cold water, plus fire & sprinkler systems
- 70% design work, whilst overseeing projects including budgets and timescales
- Full onâtheâjob training provided, along with external courses
- Hybrid working available, Monday to Friday 37.5 hours a week with flexible working
