On offer is the opportunity to become a key player within a tight-knit business with over 30 years of Precision Engineering and Fabrication expertise, working in a variety of exciting clients and industries, ranging from precision machined components for the aerospace sector, to sheet metal fabrication for the rail and pharmaceutical sectors.
In this role you will be responsible for the overall running of the workshop as well as a small team of Fabricators. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining business relations with clients, quoting and proposing project specifications and packages, as well as providing technical support to a team of Fabricators. You will also have the chance to hire new recruits.
This role would suit a Fabrication/Workshop Manager or similar, from a Sheet Metal/Engineering background, looking for a role that can grant them the autonomy to oversee and progress an ambitious workshop/team of Fabricators, with the added benefits of 33 days holiday, an early finish Friday, and overtime at a 1.5x rate.
