Are you a Welder/Fabricator with MIG, TIG and arc experience, looking to join a well-established family run business offering multiple funded qualifications such as welding courses alongside a clear scope to progress into supervisory roles in the future? In this role, you will work as part of a small knit fabrication team, carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance on vehicles using machinery such as plasma cutters, milling drills, and pillar drills. You will also be responsible for attending on-site breakdowns, providing reactive maintenance support and ensuring a varied and hands-on day-to-day workload.
Founded over 70 years ago, this family run business specialise in road maintenance. They pride themselves on their excellent client and staff retention and have ambitions to double their headcount in the coming years. This role would suit a Welder/Fabricator looking to progress into a Fabrication supervisor in the future, within a family run business.
The Role:- Repairing Vehicles, Chippers and Tankers
- Fabricating Panels
- Carrying out reactive breakdown services on vehicles
- 7am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
- Welder/Fabricator
