Are you a Welder/Fabricator with MIG, TIG and Arc experience, looking for an exciting opportunity to join an ambitious family run company offering funded qualifications such as external welding courses, alongside a clear scope to progress as a Fabrication Supervisor role in the future?
In this role, you will work as part of a small knit fabrication team, carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance on vehicles using machinery such as plasma cutters, milling drills, and pillar drills. You will also be responsible for attending on-site breakdowns, providing reactive maintenance support and ensuring a varied and hands-on day-to-day workload.
Founded over 70 years ago, this family run business specialise in road maintenance. They pride themselves on their excellent client and staff retention and have ambitions to double their headcount in the coming years.
