Are you a Calibration Engineer, Technician or similar with a background calibrating Electrical test equipment, looking for a unique opportunity to be fully trained in Lab Management? In this role you will be running a small team within a calibration laboratory. You will be training in the managerial responsibilities of running a lab, UKAS standards and audit awareness. This role will be challenging, but immensely rewarding, an exciting opportunity for someone motivated to progress in a forward-thinking business.
This company division is small, but ever expanding. With exciting plans to increase market share, they are looking to train you to become a Manager. All they need is someone dedicated and up for the challenge.
This role would suit a Calibration Engineer, Technician or similar from an Electrical test/instrument background looking to become a Manager and run a small laboratory.
The Role:
- Full responsibility over the day-to-day running of a small calibration team
- Training on how to Manage, report and audit awareness
- Calibrating electrical test equipment
- Further training on pressure, temperature and environmental instrumentation
- Monday - Friday, limited overtime
The Person:
- Calibration Engineer, Technician or similar
- UKAS ISO17000 knowledge
- Looking to become a Lab Manager
