Health and Safety Advisor (Construction) £42,000 – £52,000 + Progression + Training + Hybrid + Benefits Swindon Are you a Health and Safety Advisor or similar who is NEBOSH / IOSH certified, looking for an autonomous and varied role where you will be an essential part of dynamic Construction projects from tender through to completion within a construction consultancy known for its dedication to safety and innovation with clear progression to become a Principal Designer? On offer is the chance to join a well-respected consultancy, recognised for delivering safe, compliant, and forward-thinking construction solutions. This role will place you at the center of influential projects, where your skills in managing design risks and ensuring regulatory compliance will be instrumental in the company\’s continued success. In this role, you will assist with pre-construction information gathering, oversee design risk registers, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure projects align with CDM 2015 regulations. You will contribute to the creation of high-quality documentation and participate in occasional site visits, playing a crucial role in maintaining safety standards and compliance throughout the project lifecycle. This role would suit a NEBOSH / IOSH certified Health and Safety Advisor or similar looking for an autonomous and varied position where you can technically progress and further your skillset within a well-established construction consultancy who offer ongoing opportunities for progression.
