Are you an experienced Service Manager with a strong technical background in commercial refrigeration looking to take ownership of a growing service department within a forward-thinking business? The Role:
- Manage and lead a team of refrigeration engineers and support staff, ensuring high performance and engagement
- Oversee day-to-day service operations, including scheduling, workload management, and resource planning
- Drive business growth by securing new service opportunities aligned with the company's growth strategy
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety legislation, F-Gas regulations, and company procedures
- Maintain high standards of customer service, resolving escalated service issues where required
The Person:
- Experience in refrigeration and air conditioning service management or a similar role
- Holds relevant refrigeration qualifications (F-Gas, City & Guilds, NVQ Level 2 or equivalent)
- Full UK driving licence
