Are you an Electrically biased Facilities or Maintenance Engineer looking for a great role working at a global company's headquarters on their internal maintenance? Would you like to join a company that offers excellent benefits and progression opportunities?
This role will require electrical maintenance of all office, warehouse, and associated facilities and will need a basic mechanical knowledge. The company is over 80 years old, employs over 200 staff in the UK and 10,000+ worldwide. They are seen as an employer of choice and provide on-site training at their purpose-built facility.
This is a role working as a key member of the facilities management team. You will work 8am to 4:30pm, Mon-Fri on-site.
The role:
- Ensure all office, factory and associated facilities are always maintained to the highest possible standards
- Ensure building infrastructure and fabric are robustly protected and cared for, including the operation of ancillary equipment
- Liaise with facilities contractors
- Supervisory of Apprentices team
The person:
- IEE qualification up to 18th edition wiring regulations.
- Experience working with electrical maintenance
