Are you a Graduate Mechanical Engineer looking to kickstart your career in a design‑based role, with full internal training on Building Services Engineering for a long‑standing, family‑feel company? In this office‑based role you will be delivering projects ranging from 5k to 3.5m in value, by working hands‑on with design and overseeing budgets and timescales. This will involve designing HVAC, hot & cold water, plus fire & sprinkler systems for example. You will be given internal coaching through shadowing experienced Engineers in the business.

The Role:
- Working on mechanical designs, specifications, and attending site meetings
- Involved with HVAC, hot & cold water, plus fire & sprinkler systems
- 70% design work, whilst overseeing projects including budgets and timescales
- Full on‑the‑job training provided, along with external courses
- Hybrid working available, Monday to Friday 37.5 hours a week with flexible working
