On offer is the exciting opportunity for a Vehicle Mechanic with a level 3+ qualification to join one of the world’s leading defence contractors. Established around 150 years ago, this defence powerhouse has remained at the forefront of innovations and has its name to some of the largest defence projects in the world.
In this role, the successful Vehicle Mechanic/Technician would be responsible for:
- Working on a range of military vehicles and military equipment.
- Repair, maintenance, servicing and modifications.
- Mechanical, electrical and hydraulics.
- General servicing, maintenance and repairs to a very high standard and to the strictest of guidelines.
The ideal candidate would have:
- A minimum of an NVQ 3 in vehicle mechanics or equivalent.
- Be eager to work on military vehicles and equipment.
- Be a British Citizen or able to obtain Security Clearance.
- Be local to site.
