This role will see the successful candidate partake in a variety of duties from conceptual design and material selection to preparing FF&E presentations and assisting with procurement. The right candidate will demonstrate enthusiasm, excellent attention to detail and an ability to work at a fast pace.

The Role:
  • Working at a Mid-weight level within projects, working to timelines and budgets
  • Create conceptual designs including colour and texture through Adobe Creative Suite utilising knowledge on materials, finishes, detailing and scheduling
  • Attend project/client meetings to be briefed on new projects
  • Carry out, where necessary, the procurement of furniture, fixture and equipment products
  • Mentor and support Junior FF&E Designers
  • Attend project meetings, giving input on developing concepts, suggesting suitable finishes and fabrics where applicable
  • Produce FF&E presentations and packs for client meetings, guided by the Senior FF&E Designer, highlighting costings, materials, finishes and sanitary schedules
  • Nurture relationships with suppliers and suggest new contacts, keep up to date with new advancements in FF&E
