Job Description Field Service Engineer (Refrigeration) Birmingham £50,000 – £55,000 + Door to Door + up to 2x overtime + full training + progression Are you a service engineer with any experience working with Refrigeration, looking to join a well-established family business who will provide you with door to door pay, generous overtime rates, extensive training and a clear route of progression? Do you have your F-Gas and want further training to develop your skills working with commercial refrigeration systems? On offer is the opportunity to join a growing company in an autonomous role. You will be field based, travelling out to various sites in the midlands. carrying out service and maintenance on a range of air conditioning equipment. You will receive extensive training in diagnostics, working on industrial systems, and have the potential to move up to a senior role, with a great work / life balance through a Monday – Friday shift pattern. This role would suit a Service Engineer with Refrigeration experience looking to join a highly successful company, who are passionate about enabling their employees to reach their full potential and offer a stable Monday to Friday role with plenty of training.
