Estates Manager (Surveying) £50,000-£55,000 + Vehicle + Company Benefits + Excellent Pension Woburn (Commutable from Luton/Bletchley/Bedford) Are you an Estates Manager with a background in surveying looking to join a rural 3,000 acre estate offering a company vehicle, extensive benefits, and an excellent pension plan? On offer is an incredible opportunity to a rural estate, steeped in history and spanning 3,000 acres. The estate boasts a diverse range of attractions that showcase its rich heritage, including a renowned golf course, a captivating safari park, and breath taking gardens that offer a scenic backdrop throughout the year. On top of this, the estate is home to several remarkable properties, further enhancing its unique appeal. In this role, you’ll work Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm, conducting stock condition surveys, supervising in-house teams and contractors, and raising work orders via Qube. You’ll produce reports, manage contractors, diagnose defects, and specify repairs. Responsibilities also include quality assurance inspections, project management, tender preparation, budget oversight, and ensuring health and safety compliance. You’ll provide work estimates, update records, and be available for on-call duties as part of a rota. The Role: Conduct stock condition surveys, manage contractors, and raise work orders using Qube.
