On offer is an opportunity to be the go-to surveyor working from the Bromley branch where you will take the lead on numerous projects, deliver quality and ensure all projects are kept at relevant budgets. This well-established consultancy work on a wide range of public-sector construction projects for several large commercial and domestic clients including schools, sports-centres, and social housing. They have experienced continued growth since their establishment in 1977 to the point that they have over 120 employees, a £14 million turnover and are now looking for a Building Surveyor to join their friendly public-sector team. This varied role will see you ensure that each project meets legal and quality standards by carrying out structural and internal inspections whilst liaising with clients to advise on building conditions and to ensure effective project delivery. This exciting role would suit a Building Surveyor who is happy to oversee multiple construction projects at one time and can travel across London navigating challenging public-sector projects within a hybrid role offering a clear progression path to Partner.
