In this role, you will oversee production planning and design, ensuring delivery targets are met while maintaining quality. You will work hands-on with the workshop team, produce drawings and cut lists, manage stock, and ensure full Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance, directly impacting the company’s growth and reputation.

This role would suit a Design Engineer with an understanding of manufacturing and production, who thrives on turning innovative designs into reality and leading projects from concept to completion.

The Role:
  • Plan and manage production, working with foremen and workshop teams to meet deadlines.
  • Create detailed drawings, cut lists, and purchase orders, making design adjustments as needed.
  • Oversee stock, maintenance, and ensure full Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance.
The Person:
  • Engineering and manufacturing background with practical lean experience.
  • Skilled in MS Word, Excel, and ideally 3D CAD or similar software.
  • Based in or near Dungannon, with easy commute.
