Are you a Welder/Fabricator with a background in structural steel fabrication or similar, looking for a stable, days-based role with a well-established fabrication company? This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing fabrication company that has traded for over 150 years producing high-quality metal components. The company has a strong reputation for quality workmanship and offers long-term job security within a supportive workshop environment.
The role is hands-on and fabrication focused. You will be working from engineering drawings, carrying out MIG welding and general fabrication using a variety of hand and power tools. This position would suit a Welder/Fabricator with a background in structural steel fabrication, looking for a permanent, full-time role with consistent hours and a strong team environment.
THE ROLE:
- MIG welding and general metal fabrication
- Fabricating components to engineering drawings and specifications
- Using hand tools and power tools for cutting, shaping, and assembly
- 40-hour working week, Monday to Friday (7:30 - 16:00)
THE PERSON:
- MIG Welder/Fabricator with a background in structural steel fabrication
- Able to Fabricate from drawings
- Commutable to Doncaster
