This role will see the successful candidate operate a range of 3-axis CNC machines to produce precise components for the Aerospace industry. Previous experience within a similar working environment is essential, and the ability to programme or previous experience with Heidenhain controls is advantageous.

The Role:- Interpret and understand engineering drawings with a good understanding of geometric dimensions and tolerances to carry out machining of precision components
- Utilise a variety of measuring equipment to ensure the quality and accuracy of all machined components
- Use manual cutting tools when necessary to ensure sheet metal fulfil required dimensions
- Set, operate and programme 3-axis CNC machines to produce a range of precision-machined components
- Proven experience with a similar role
- Use of Heidenhain Controls is advantageous
