On offer is the opportunity to join a business with over 30 years' experience delivering facilities management and technical maintenance services across London and the Home Counties. The company places strong emphasis on training, development, and supporting engineers on site, offering overtime and a flexible approach to call-out where possible.
In this role, you'll be part of a skilled Building Services engineering team, delivering PPM, reactive repairs, and fault diagnosis across a range of air conditioning systems. You'll work closely with the Contract Manager and Contract Support team, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high technical standard.
This role would suit an Air Conditioning Engineer from a mechanical background and fault-finding ability who is looking for a full-time stable role.
The Role:- Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on air conditioning systems.
- Diagnose faults, identify technical issues, and implement effective solutions.
- Complete job reports, risk assessments, and ensure all works are carried out safely and compliantly.
- Participate in the call-out rota (approx. 1 in 8), with overtime and call-out payments available. (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm)
- City & Guilds qualified in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.
- Background in mechanical building services, covering maintenance and installation.
- An understanding of Health & Safety, risk assessments, and environmental procedures.
- Holds a valid DBS (CRB) or is willing to obtain one.
- (Commutable to Dartford)
