In this role, the successful Associate Structural Engineer or similar will be responsible for managing the civil and structural engineering design on a variety of projects, leading a team of both Engineers and Technicians. In addition, you will also be responsible for client, consultant, contractor and colleague liaison, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest of standards. You will be responsible for preparing detailed designs as well as accurate reports/documentation for any projects worked. Finally, you will be a representative for the company in regard to meetings and external engagements.
The ideal Associate Structural Engineer or similar will have a background within the Civil/Structural Engineering sector, or a related field. You will have previous working experience in both technical drawing/designs as well as structural analysis on a wide variety of materials. Ideally, you will be chartered and/or working toward it. You will have a full, valid UK driver's license as well as access to your own vehicle.
