Are you a Polisher or Finisher with experience in spraying lacquer and producing high-end finishes? Do you want a full-time role with a well-established and growing high-end bespoke furniture making company offering full on-the-job training, progression to senior positions as the company grows and a supportive team environment?
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and respected family-run company specialising in bespoke joinery and expert finishes from concept to completion for high-end clients. In this role you will be contributing to the delivery of high-quality specialist polishes and finishes with predominately lacquer finishes. You will play a key role in surface preparation and lacquer spraying or occasionally metal spraying ensuring exceptional finishes that meet exacting standards.
This role would suit an experienced Polisher or Sprayer who takes pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail.
The Role:- Prepare surfaces through cleaning, sanding, filling, and smoothing
- Spray lacquer and finishing coatings to achieve high-quality, consistent finishes
- Monday to Thursday: 8:30am - 5:00pm, 4pm finish Friday
- Experience in polishing, finishing, or lacquer spraying
- Understanding of surface preparation and finishing processes
- Commutable to Corsham
