Are you an Electrical Maintenance Engineer looking for an autonomous, field-based role where you're fully equipped with a company van and tools to maintain ventilation systems across a London patch?
With over 40 years of expertise, the company delivers advanced smoke and environmental ventilation systems for commercial and industrial buildings. They design, supply, and install reliable life-safety and energy-efficient control solutions, including smoke ventilation and fire systems, serving nationwide projects and achieving an annual turnover of £25 million.
In this role, you will carry out pre-planned maintenance on advanced smoke and environmental ventilation systems across commercial and industrial sites. You will carry out inspections, fault-finding, and system testing, ensuring high-quality, safe, and compliant installations while supporting clients and project teams effectively. This role is 47.5 hours a week including door-to-door play.
This role would suit an electrically biased Maintenance Engineer seeking an autonomous and rewarding position within a growing security systems company, offering progression to Senior Engineer, on-call opportunities, and a company bonus.
The Role:- Perform planned maintenance on smoke and environmental ventilation systems across a London patch
- Inspect, test, and fault-find mechanical and electrical components to ensure compliance and safety
- Maintain company tools, vehicles, and PPE, following health and safety procedures
- 47.5 hours per week, including travel time door-to-door
- Level 2 C&G/EAL Diploma in Electrical Installations
- Full UK driving license and able to work flexible hours
- Comfortable working at height
- Commutable to London-based sites
