Are you a Chartered Building Surveyor ready for an autonomous, mostly remote position offering project ownership, minimal office presence, progression to Director, and the opportunity to share in company success through a bonus scheme?

With a strong reputation for technical excellence and a personal, hands-on approach, the business continues to grow, supporting clients on varied projects while investing heavily in the development and progression of its people.

In this role, you will take ownership of a broad range of commercial and residential projects, leading project management from start to finish, including inspections, defect investigations, dilapidations, refurbishments, and fit-out works. You will oversee client and contractor relationships, coordinate teams, produce high-quality reports, and make key technical decisions on site.

This role would suit a chartered Building Surveyor seeking an autonomous position where they can take full ownership of projects, lead teams, and manage client and contractor relationships, while driving technical excellence across commercial and residential work and progressing towards Director-level responsibility within a supportive consultancy.

The Role:
  • Leading inspections and surveys across commercial and residential properties
  • Managing dilapidation reports and project documentation
  • Overseeing survey data collection and accuracy
  • Coordinating with clients, contractors, and consultants
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
The Person:
  • Chartered Building Surveyor
  • Experience across commercial and residential projects
  • Able to manage projects autonomously and lead client relationships
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Commutable to West Malling once a week
