In this role, you will support the setting, operation and maintenance of EDM wire erosion and CNC machinery, producing precision components to engineering drawings. You'll assist with programming, carry out quality checks, and use measurements and basic maths to ensure accuracy. Working alongside experienced engineers, you'll help troubleshoot issues and develop your skills in a hands-on, collaborative manufacturing environment. This role is 07:45 - 17:00 finishing at 13:45 on a Friday.

The Role:- Assist with the setting and operation of EDM wire erosion and CNC machines
- Produce precision components from engineering drawings
- Carry out basic programming support and quality inspections
- Support machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Monday to Friday, 07:45-17:00 (13:45 finish Fridays), overtime available
- Mechanical Engineering qualification (BTEC / NVQ / equivalent)
- Interest in EDM, wire erosion and precision engineering
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Work within a team of 11
- Commutable to Elworth
