Are you a Calibration Engineer who is looking to progress their career and gain valuable managerial training for a business that values their employees through a generous profit share? In this role you will be running a small team within a calibration laboratory. You will be training in the managerial responsibilities of running a lab, UKAS standards and audit awareness. This role will be challenging, but immensely rewarding, an exciting opportunity for someone motivated to progress in a forward-thinking business. This company division is small, but ever expanding. With exciting plans to increase market share, they are looking to train you to become a Manager. All they need is someone dedicated and up for the challenge. This role would suit a Calibration Engineer, Technician or similar looking for expert management training, enabling career progression and a profit share bonus.

The Role:

  • Full responsibility over the day-to-day running of a small calibration team
  • Training on how to manage, report and audit awareness
  • Calibrating electrical test equipment
  • Further training on pressure, temperature and environmental instrumentation
  • Monday - Friday, limited overtime

The Person:

  • Calibration Engineer, Technician or similar
  • Previously worked in an accredited lab
