This UK facilities engineering company, founded in 1979 with a £17 million-plus turnover, specialises in the maintenance, repair, servicing and installation of heating, mechanical, electrical and water hygiene building services and equipment across the private and commercial sectors, delivering solutions from communal and domestic systems through to large-scale projects for local authorities, housing associations and public sector clients throughout London and the South East.
In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out commercial tank repairs, including the repair and replacement of valves and associated pipework. You will work on 3-4 inch pipe systems, completing both planned maintenance and installation works across a range of commercial sites, ensuring all work is completed safely. The role is Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:30pm.
This role would suit a Level 2 qualified Plumber with commercial experience, looking for a hands-on, varied role within a facilities management environment involving both maintenance and installation work.
The Role:- Planned and reactive commercial plumbing maintenance across a range of sites
- Commercial tank repairs, including valve repair and replacement
- Installation, maintenance and modification of pipework systems
- Fault finding and repair of plumbing systems to maintain safe operation
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:30pm
- Level 2 Plumbing qualification or equivalent
- Experience working in commercial plumbing environments
- Confident carrying out maintenance and installation work on commercial systems
- Comfortable working on pipework systems up to 3-4 inches
- Full UK driving licence
