Are you an aspiring CAD Technician? Do you use AutoCAD or Revit? Are you looking for an entry-level role within a rapidly expanding specialist in construction, who give you full training on process and programs, personal development and long-term progression?
On offer is the opportunity to join a longstanding family business, who specialise in major projects within the construction industry, who have just gained major contracts to ensure workflow and growth over the next 5 years. This company focus on their people, have a great working environment and give you the mentorship and training to develop your skills and progress into senior positions in the future.
This varied role will see you assist on 2D drawings using AutoCAD and gain further training on 3D drawing using Revit. You will be responsible for assisting on Façade and Cladding projects, producing documentation, BIM development and uploading research and information to management systems. You will gain full training on all aspects of the position.
This role would suit a Trainee or Graduate with a background using AutoCAD looking for an entry-level position with a company who will give you extensive training, long-term progression and a step into the construction industry.
The Role:
- Predominantly using AutoCAD for 2D drawings
- With guidance, develop 3D drawings using Revit
- Material scheduling and documentation packages
- Project administration including handling R & D and Quality information
- Monday to Friday - 9AM to 5PM
The Person:
- Trainee or Graduate within Design
- Looking for an entry-level design position
- Background using AutoCAD
- Commutable to Bristol
