  • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance on passenger and goods lifts
  • Responding to breakdowns as part of a 1-in-4 call-out rota

  • Liaising directly with customers to provide clear updates and recommendations
  • Supporting repair and modernisation works when required

  • ERO 202N (Lift Safety)
