Established over 35 years ago, this Birmingham-based Building Management Systems (BMS) specialist delivers building automation and HVAC control solutions across commercial and industrial projects throughout the West Midlands. In this role, you will manage BMS projects from post-quotation through design, installation, commissioning, and final handover. You will coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. The role is primarily office-based in Birmingham, with regular site visits across the West Midlands.

This role would suit a BMS professional with hands-on project experience who is organised, proactive, and looking to take ownership of projects.

The Role:

  • Manage BMS projects from post-quotation to handover
  • Coordinate teams, subcontractors, and clients to deliver projects safely, on time, and on budget
  • Produce and manage project documentation, including submittals, drawings, and O&M manuals
  • Plan and monitor project activities to meet milestones
  • Liaise with management, clients, consultants, and contractors
  • Support and mentor junior team members as needed

The Person:

  • Hands-on experience in BMS projects or supporting project management
  • CSCS card and full UK driving licence
