Are you an experienced CNC Operator / Programmer looking to join a precision manufacturing environment supporting both Production and R&D? On offer is an excellent opportunity to become part of a technically focused team producing high-quality components for instrumentation manufacturing. You'll play a key role in machining critical parts while working closely with Production and R&D to support ongoing development and improvement.
In this role, the successful CNC Operator / Programmer will be responsible for machining multiple components in line with standard operating procedures, programming CNC machines, and ensuring all parts meet strict quality requirements. You will also be involved in jig and fixture development and material management to support efficient production.
The Role:
- Operate and program CNC machines to produce parts for Production and R&D.
- Set up jigs and fixtures and work from drawings and SOPs.
- Work with Production/R&D teams and order required materials.
The Person:
- Experienced CNC Operator / Programmer with Haas Mini Mill and G-code knowledge.
- Confident setting jigs and fixtures with good attention to detail.
- Able to work independently or as part of a team with good problem-solving skills.
