Are you a Junior Materials Engineer looking for a varied role within a well-established company where you will be offered progression into the senior leadership team, a 1pm finish on a Friday and autonomy to make the role your own?

You will be involved with the technical aspects of raw materials, testing, metallurgy and quality compliance across the foundry. You will play a key role in continuous improvement, new product introduction and ensuring castings meet strict customer and industry specifications.
This role would suit a Junior Materials Engineer with a background in metals looking to join a company known for looking after their staff which will offer you an early finish on a Friday, a stable career and opportunities for progression.
- Overseeing incoming raw materials and testing compliance
- Advising on metallurgical considerations for new products and quotations
- Driving continuous improvement and scrap reduction
- 8:00-16:30 Monday-Thursday 8:00-13:00 Friday
