With a role covering a wide range of Inspection, quality assurance, Calibration and auditing, you will be joining a business that truly invests in its people and values work-life balance.
In the role you will be handling the Inspection of aircraft components, ground support equipment and raw materials. Undertake first and final inspection of machined parts and assemblies. Collaborating with production teams and engineers to provide feedback and assist in resolving quality concerns. Ensuring inspection equipment is calibrated and instigating re-calibration if required.
This role would suit a Quality Engineer/Inspector or similar, with experience in Inspection, quality assurance, calibration and auditing as well as competence in the use of inspection equipment and quality control processes. Good working knowledge of AS9100 & AS9102 and a solid understanding in interpreting complex Engineering drawings and GD&T requirements.
The Role:
- To inspect, monitor, and ensure that products conform to customer defined specifications and drawing requirements.
- To maintain a high attention for detail and an appreciation of the exceptional working standards required within the Aerospace industry.
The Person:
- Someone with proven experience as a Quality Engineer/Inspector, competent in the use of inspection equipment and quality control processes.
- Good working knowledge of AS9100 & AS9102, understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T requirements.
