In this role, you will support senior surveyors on a broad range of commercial and residential instructions, gaining hands-on experience from the outset. You'll assist with inspections, defect diagnosis, dilapidations, refurbishments and fit-out projects, while developing your report writing and site skills. With full support towards MRICS, this role offers varied work, strong mentorship and exposure to both office and London-based projects.
This role would suit a Building Surveyor keen to develop their technical skills, work closely with senior professionals, and progress towards chartership while gaining broad exposure across commercial and residential projects within a supportive, growing consultancy.
The Role:
- Assisting with building inspections and surveys across commercial properties
- Supporting the preparation of dilapidation reports and related documentation under guidance
- Helping collect, record and process survey data, with training provided on equipment and systems
- Liaising with clients, contractors and consultants alongside senior surveyors
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
