The suitable candidate will be vital in upkeeping these standards at the Trowbridge site.
The Role
- Coordinate a team of up to 19, carrying out day-to-day maintenance activities and cleaning services
- Support in the training and recruitment of new team members
- Ensure the successful adherence to all health and safety regulations on site
- Be involved with the operational scheduling of activities for the wider team
- Be a point of contact to client personnel and site, ensuring all client needs are met
- Provide cover for the senior manager when they are off site

- Experience in industrial cleaning / hygiene services
- Experience in leading a team
- Understanding of Health and Safety regulations
