Are you looking to kickstart your career in Recruitment within a rapidly growing consultancy who have aims of major growth both across the UK and internationally providing the platform for quick career progression to management and beyond? Ernest Gordon are an Engineering, Technical, IT and Finance consultancy with a head office based in Bristol City Centre. With major aims of doubling headcount and turnover year on year, in addition to diversifying into new sectors- we are looking to bring in motivated individuals to help us achieve these goals.
You will be joining a tight-knit team where you will receive full training and continual support to help grow your skillset within sales and progress your career. We pride ourselves on our development processes which lead to the autonomy to manage your own desk and play a key part in the growth of the company, and to continually open new offices year on year. We are always looking to the future, reinvesting our profits into the company and constantly making changes in the ways we operate to help develop the next generation of talent.
