The Role:- Actively participate in a range of inhouse and external training, as well as shadowing experienced Engineers
- Conduct vessel mechanical / electrical audits and advise on rectification works when required
- Complete equipment servicing in line with manufacturers and company requirements
- Fault diagnosis and repair, mechanical systems, hydraulic systems, plumbing and heating systems including experience with 12/24 and 240 volt systems
- Be on call once per fortnight - advise vessel masters on technical issues and attend where required
- Workshop based in Egmere, where the successful candidate will complete repairs and maintenance on various mechanical and electrical components
- Experience within a marine role
- Full UK drivers licence
