Are you a Maintenance Team Leader or similar looking to join one of the largest companies in the UK with a turnover of £1 billion, offering a varied, hands-on role overseeing a skilled team of Engineers?
On offer is the chance to be the technical expert on site, overseeing all engineering projects whilst managing and mentoring your own team. In this role you will be leading a small team of Maintenance Engineers, focusing on continuous development of the team whilst ensuring smooth running of the manufacturing site, servicing and maintaining all equipment and implementing best practice.

The Role- Overseeing a team of Maintenance Engineers
- Planning and executing engineering projects
- Working hands-on performing maintenance on machinery and equipment
2 week rota, week 1 Monday - Friday 6am - 3:30pm, Week 2 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday 6:30am - 3:30pm (45 hour week)
