In this role, the successful Semi-Skilled Operative would be responsible for supporting the workshop team, carrying out essential duties that keep the operations moving. The ideal Semi-Skilled Operative would have a relevant level 3 and a desire for a career within engineering and defence.
The Role:- Carry out work to the required standard and specification as detailed on job cards
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements, regulations, and local processes
- Maintain tools and workshop equipment in good serviceable order
- Report any faults or issues promptly to your supervisor
- Support the workshop team with additional duties as required
- Level 3 in a relevant engineering or similar qualification
