Our modern facility uses ISO 9001:2015‑compliant processes, 3D laser scanning, and a highly skilled workforce. The role is full‑time and offers clear progression, hands‑on training, and cutting‑edge technology.
Responsibilities
- Maintain high‑quality standards across the shop floor and office.
- Carry out first‑off, in‑process, and final inspections of sheet metal and fabricated components.
- Use precision measuring equipment such as verniers, height gauges, and CMM/measuring arms.
- Review technical drawings and generate PPAP documentation.
- Support internal audits and act as the key customer and supplier‑facing quality representative.
Qualifications and Skills
- Mechanical engineering or quality background (sheet metal experience preferred).
- Confident reading and working from technical and engineering drawings.
- Valid UK driving licence and local to Telford.
