In this role, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining hydraulic, pumping, and pipework systems across a range of sites, including balancing, commissioning, and flow control activities. You will carry out planned and reactive maintenance on pressure vessels, pressurisation units, and HIUs, as well as fault finding, producing accurate reports, and making technical recommendations. The role also involves managing system drain downs and refills, replacing pumps and valves, servicing plate heat exchangers, and working within energy centres, large plant rooms, and building distribution systems.
This role would suit a Service Engineer, with a Multi‑Skilled Background in Building Maintenance and preferable experience in Heat Interface Units (HIU) with related qualifications. This position will also require a UK Driving Licence.
